Зерно джазу

JAZ GRAIN — a concert that has become an annual landmark event in the musical life of Lviv. For the second time, the famous Ukrainian clothing brand ZERNO is gathering the best musicians and an elite audience at the Lviv Philharmonic.

The idea of ​​the project belongs to the outstanding American musician Petrov Krys, who brilliantly combines the classic American tradition of jazz and blues with Ukrainian musical culture.

For the second time, world premieres of works written by American composers specifically for ZERNO JAZZ, inspired by the Ukrainian idea, will be performed.

The concert program will also feature works by Ukrainian composers, luminaries of Ukrainian jazz Myroslav Skoryk and Oleksandr Kozarenko.

The highlight of the concert will be jazz arrangements of famous opera arias, as well as modern arrangements of music by Duke Ellington, George Gershwin and the Led Zeppelin group.
