Screening of the film "Honeymoon" with a discussion with the director

On June 17 at 6:30 PM at Jam Factory Art Center we will show the chamber thriller "Honeymoon". After the screening, there will be a discussion of the film with director Zhanna Ozirnaya.

 

The events of the film unfold in a small town near Kyiv in the first days of a full-scale invasion. After a party with friends, Taras and Olya spend the first night in their new apartment, but at dawn their life changes dramatically: they don't have time to leave, and Russian occupiers already appear under the house.

Locked in an apartment without water, electricity, and communication, the heroes live for five days, during which everything unnecessary disappears between them — all that remains is the truth about ourselves and the fragile, painful closeness of two people.

«Honeymoon» — a tense and very intimate film about fear, vulnerability and human relationships at a time when the familiar world is collapsing.
