In the director's vision of Oksana Taranenko, the image of the Ukrainian Cossacks will finally get rid of the centuries-old stereotypical layers forcibly imposed by the Muscovites. The Cossacks will naturally become a powerful, warlike and freedom-loving force, capable of resisting any obstacles and enemies. And this is for the sake of fulfilling the most cherished desire - return to the holy Ukrainian land and life in a free Ukraine!
“Zaporozhets za Dunayem” will appear before the audience in a new musical version by Olexander and Dmytro Saratsky, spectacular scenography by Tadej Ryndzak, colorful costumes by Lyudmila Nagorna, and modern choreography by Olexy Busko under the direction of the famous interpreter of Ukrainian music Iryna Stasyshyn.
