About the show
On April 29, we invite you to the cult French film «Cléo de 5 à 7» (orig. Cléo de 5 à 7) by the legendary director Agnès Varda.
What is the film about?
The film tells the story of a young singer Cleo (Mara Vaccari), who lives two hours of her life — from 5 to 7 pm, waiting for the results of a medical examination. These hours become decisive: Cleo reflects on death, the meaning of life and her own identity.
The film is distinguished by its unique style, subtle narration and deep psychological portrait of the main character. Thanks to the interweaving of different storylines, the viewer is immersed in Cleo's inner world and feels her emotions, fears and hopes. The film inspires us to think about every minute of life and its value.
