The Lord of the Rings symphony concert in Lviv!
Welcome to the magical Middle-earth! On July 9, 2024, the Lviv National Opera will host the premiere of the symphony show “The Lord of the Rings” in three parts. The music of Howard Shore, the story of J.R.R. Tolkien, and the visual magic of Peter Jackson's films will unite on the stage of the theater to take you along the paths from the Shire to Mordor and back.
The incredible LUMOS Orchestra and the Yevshan Choir present an impressive symphonic program based on The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings film trilogies.
LUMOS Orchestra at the Lviv National Opera!
The choir, orchestra and soloists will appear before you in themed costumes of J.R.R. Tolkien's world, including elves, rogues and perhaps the Wizard King himself, who knows.
A holistic show that conveys the atmosphere of the mysterious world, story video and original animations, accompanied by the magical sound of the orchestra and quotes from the books about Middle-earth. Antique instruments and scenery will also add to the uniqueness of the event.
The LUMOS Orchestra is known for its ability to recreate a fairy-tale atmosphere at its concerts, and for more than 13 years, the musicians from Lviv have been skillfully immersing guests in fantasy worlds, giving incredible emotions and leaving the best memories of their performances.
