Jazz concert by the Viktor Pavelko Quartet with the program Playing Standards

Summer musical evenings in the Jam Factory courtyard continue!  On July 5 at 8:00 PM, we invite you to a concert by the Viktor Pavelko Quartet, which includes — leading Ukrainian jazz musicians.

In the Playing Standards program, the quartet turns to the classics of the jazz repertoire — compositions that have become a common language for musicians of different generations. The ensemble will perform jazz standards in their own interpretation, as well as original arrangements of famous themes, including All the Things You Are, Have You Met Miss Jones and others.

This is music that leaves room for live interaction, improvisation and unexpected dialogues between instruments. Each standard performed by the quartet takes on a new sound — with attention to melody, rhythmic freedom and the individual voice of each musician.
